I have been licensed in Oregon since 2019 and work with RE/MAX Equity Group. I serve landowners throughout the Portland metro area, including Clackamas, Washington, and Multnomah counties.

Land has been the focus of my real estate career from the start. I was drawn to it because it fit the way I naturally think. I’ve always been interested in property, maps, terrain, photography, research, and the outdoors, and land brought those interests together in a way that made sense to me.
What I like about land is the process of figuring out what is really there. Every parcel has its own set of questions: zoning, access, utilities, topography, growth patterns, buyer demand, and what the property could realistically become. I enjoy the research, the interpretation, and the strategy behind positioning a property correctly.
My work includes helping owners evaluate development potential, understand what drives their land’s value, and market their property to builders, developers, and other qualified buyers. This includes vacant land and properties with existing homes where redevelopment may be an option.
For landowners outside Oregon, I help connect sellers with vetted local land agents who handle the listing and sale in their market. I remain available as a resource beyond the introduction, helping owners understand their options and the questions to ask throughout the process.
I also found that I connected well with landowners. Land is often different from other types of property because people tend to have a deeper connection to it. Many have owned it for a long time, inherited it, raised families there, worked the land, or watched the area change around them. Those conversations are often more personal and more meaningful.
Marketing is a big part of what I do. I was interested in landscape photography before I ever got into real estate, so the visual side of property marketing came naturally to me. But strong land marketing is about more than presentation. It is about understanding the property, identifying the right buyers, and helping them clearly see the opportunity.
I live in Northeast Portland with my wife, our son, and our two dogs. I grew up camping and spending time outdoors, and I still spend much of my free time around Mount Hood. That connection to the outdoors is a big part of why land has always felt like the right fit for me.
My mission with Metro Land Pro is to help landowners understand their property, move through the selling process with less uncertainty, and position their land for the strongest possible outcome.
I also create articles and videos explaining land valuation, development potential, zoning, utilities, and the selling process. These resources help landowners understand the questions to ask before making decisions about their property.
